A PLATE-LOADED FAVORITE

Bring the intensity of a gym workout home with the Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Row. This popular back machine can be found in some of the most iconic strength meccas around the world and has been a Hammer Strength staple for decades.

Two independent work-arms move and abduct to work the Latissimus Dorsi (Lats ) and several other muscle groups. The multi-grip handles let you effortlessly adjust positions to isolate and develop different parts of your back. The slightly angled seat and chest pad allow stabilization throughout the entire movement.

Hammer Strength plate loaded machines are made with 11-guage steel frames and electrostatic powder coat finish for maximum durability. There are numerous seat adjustments to allow you to find your perfect position and muscle isolation. Molded foam on the cushions provides comfort, support, and durability. All machines have holes in the feet that allow for easy anchoring to the floor.
